What Causes Pain On Right Side Of Abdomen, diarrhea And Dizziness?

I am almost 56 years old.I suffer from a pain in my lower right side that is not related to my appendix. Although it is in my lower right side, it spends through my front hip bone and into my back. Usually, someone will need to rub that area for me and I get some relief but I still have pain. The last person who rubbed it for me said that I had a lump about the size of his knuckle in that area. ON 09/11 I had this pain reoccur. It stopped last Tuesday; however, I have had horrible diarrhea since then for about a week. My doctor feels that it is probably IBS. I do get dizzy spells. -and my feet started cramping about 6 months ago. My toes spread apart and spasm. Any suggestions?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the pain that you have could be nonspecific muscular pain and it could be due to some stress still it is advisable to get done some test to ruled out the possibility of lump if it is ever there, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
