What Causes Pain On Left Side Of Chest And Shoulder?

I been having very pain on my left side of the chest, my shoulder hurts and my left arm feels like it wants to go numb, like I'm not getting enough blood circulation. It hurts more when try to lay down I move or breath in deep also I belch when I move around. The pain has been lasting on going for over 12 hours now.

Your pain is caused by a spine problem. Take Ibuprofen unless you are allergic to it. If it doesn't help in 3 to 5 days, then see a doctor to undergo some examinations for spine.
