What Causes Pain, Numbness And Tingling In Both Hands?

Hello I have been having pain in both hands for the past 4 months. Its hard to squeeze and sometimes its hard for me to open a jar or pick up something without have pain. I have dropped things out of my hand because of the sharp sudden pain. I also feel numbness or tingling sensation on my index and thumb from time to time.

Hello
Looks like the problem is on your neck. You may have a herniated cervical ( neck) disc which compresses the nerves on both sides.
I suggest you to do a neck MRI.
