Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have been reading the query

I think I will be able to make a difference.
I feel that the problem you are feeling is due to the condition called anxiety.
This is a bit of a new one probably for your information.
anxiety can be found in many people.
In fact I think that every person who is having a problem face this condition.

Anxiety can cause a variety of symptoms including chest pain.
The trick is to be more relaxed.
You can try relaxation techniques

There are medicines that the doctor can prescribe.
But I think the best way to get the condition under the control is NON PHARMACOLOGICAL.

Psychological support for the problem may be able to make a difference

I hope you find the answers to the question useful
Best of luck
Dr Mittal.
