What Causes Pain Near The Testicles During Orgasm ?
Hello, my name is Mark, I m 52 y/o and I m 4 weeks post kidney transplant. My question is, what could be the cause of an intense piercing pain in my pubic area and at the base of my testicles when I m approaching a climax, the pain is that intense that I lose my erection pretty much straight away.
