Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that pain in chest specially after having junk and heavy food can be because of gastritis induced.

It’s recommended for you to avoid spicy and junk food and take antacid available over the counter for 10-15 days .

Hopefully this information will guide you properly

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
