What Causes Pain In Upper Central Portion Of The Abdomen At Night?

Hi, I get a really bad felling of discomfort in the pit of my stomach especially at night (keeps me up for hours) and I don t really know what causes it. I watch what I eat and drink and have had many test done but no one seems to know what the problem is. Can you please help? Thank you.

Hi.

it could be a gastric issue which may require an upper GI endoscopy and a 24-hour acid pH monitoring. Request your doctor for those investigations along with an elaborate blood panel to check it there are any signs of an inflammation.
