General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi
welcome to the healthcare Majic

my name is Dr Ehsan

I have gone through your query regarding your kid's upper abdominal pain
in the central region below the
rib cage

the key conditions associated with this central upper abdominal pain are

-gastric irritation or Gastritis
-peptic ulceration
-irritable bowels
-diseases of
Pancreas
&
gall bladder
-there are some other pathologies but those are related to
older patients not kids

check also for the kid

all you need is to have a clinical evaluation of the kid
by
GP or paediatrician.
I find this answer helpful
