Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns

Pain in tragus are with swelling is an indication of external infection of ear which need antibiotic after confirmation by ENT surgeon or paediatrician .

I do not think any reason to panic, your baby needs an ENT consultation, till than do not research on net , it will create more confusion.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
