Hello,

Probably at night, your sinuses are getting blocked and mucus is accumulating. Morning after hot shower they may getting relieved. It may be due to allergy or infection in the sinuses. Avoid air-conditioned rooms, use steam inhalation at night. Use tablet Levocetirizine twice a day for five days. If symptoms have not improved, please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
