General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pain in the arms are commonly due to pinched nerve, trauma, injury, fracture, RA, angina, CAD symptoms, etc. Your treating doctor may suggest MRI, X-ray so that treatment can be started. It is treated with physical therapy, stretch exercises, pain medications, cortico-steroid injections, etc.

Pain in the thighs and buttocks are indicative of sciatica pain that radiate from the buttocks to the legs. It is treated with physical therapy, botox injections, pain medications, muscle relaxants, etc. Get diagnosed and treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
