What Causes Pain In The Uterus And Vaginal Spotting?

Im have strong pains in the uterus area and spotting blood. im not pregnant . I just had my period last week. Last week i had to visit the ER twice. This all started out with bad gas pain in upper abdominal pain bloating i had diarrhea too it hurt to pass gas, pee and poop. I was prescribed bentyl and ibuprofen. With out the medicine I m in pain all over again with pain around my ovaries uterus and lower belly

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Vaginal spotting with abdominal pain and bloating have many reasons and the most common reasons are:
genital infection(STI,bacterial ,fungal)
ovarian cysts
ovarian cancer
Hence in my opinion you should contact with a gynecologist and do minimally a transvaginal scan and a vaginal swab to exclude STI.

During this time you have spotting and diarrhea try to use much more fluids and iron rich foods.
