What Causes Pain In The Upper Right Abdomen That Radiates To The Back?

yes hi im 23 and i get really bad pain in the upper right abdomen and radiats to my back it seems to come in the middle of the night and after i drink beer ive also had black stool for about 3 days. im super scared can anyone give me some good news is it cancer ?

Do the following investigations:
1.Complete hemogram
2.CT SCAN whole abdomen
3.USG whole abdomen
Then report me.
Avoid alcohol strictly,.God bless you.
