Hello I took a paracetamol overdose 5 weeks ago and for the past week I ve had severe upper left gastric pain that s travelling to the centre of my stomach is this normal it came in suddenly and I ve had vomiting and dizzy spells and hot and cold turns with it aswell

Paracetamol overdosing over a period of time can cause gastric ulcers. The way you described it sounded like a classical gastric pain. You need to get an upper gastrooesphageal endoscopy done where we put a camera inside your stomach to get a clear picture of what's happening. If you have ulcers it'll show. If it's an ulcer, it can lead to a hole in your stomach so you need to get it treated fast.
