What Causes Pain In The Tip Of The Penis?
I ve been experiencing severe discomfort due to penile erection. One effect it s having is that if I sneeze, there s an unbearable burst of pain on the tip of my penis. Secondly, if I have a full erection, I get a lot of pain which is again unbearable, in the anal area.

Consult a urologist and get evaluated. You might be having small tear or lesion at the penile tip which may be causing the pain. As of now, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief.
