What Causes Pain In The Throat While Swallowing?

Hey, well i have this pain in my throath when i swallow and it feels weird, also when i move my tongue back it hurts... And i noticiced in my mouth with a fkashlight and a mirror i have like these bubbles that are transparent on each side and im not sure what that is.. Thankyou for the help :)

Hello

The bubbles may be enlarged tonsils or lymphoid follicles , and this may be the cause for your pain. You will need a course of antibiotics and warm salt water gargles 2-3 times a day. Please meet your ent doctor for examination and advice.
