What Causes Pain In The Throat, Ear And Head After An Endoscopy?

i am having pain in my throat, ear and head after having had an endoscopy. It is not significanly reduced by Tylenol. Every time I swallow or talk, the pain bothers me. How long will this continue? Should I take Ibuprofen? Should I report this to my gastroenterologist?
