What Causes Pain In The Testicles Post An Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex 3 days ago. Since then, I have had pain in my testicles, and I have been having cramps in my lower abdomen. It doesn t burn when I pee, but I have been peeing a lot. There isn t any signs of soars or rashes on my penis. What is wrong? PS. I also have had a Vericocele for several years, and I cant tell if it is just that acting up.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
A vigorous sexual intercourse may cause a discomfort in the testicles, which can get aggravated if one has a varicocele. The discomfort or mild pain can also be felt in the groin area in a case of varicocele. If the pain increases or is not reducing, you can take an analgesic ,which any doctor will prescribe.Avoid sex for a week or till thepain disappears.
