Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Since the pain started while you were working, it may be caused by stress or strain from your activities or local irritation from environmental irritant like dust.Since the pain does not prevent you from carrying out any of your activities, it may not pose any problem.I will advise:
-you just rest well
-Avoid environmental irritants like dust, smoke and cold
-Take regular sips of water
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
