General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are most likely sign of inguinal hernia and it includes a burning or aching sensation at the bulge in groin and pain or discomfort in your groin and testicles, especially when bending over, coughing or lifting.
You need to do ultrasound and physical examination by a surgeon to verify if i am right. Then, it should be surgically treated. Other possible options may be peididimitis or hydrocele and in this case you need urologic consult. But hernia is more likely cause as I said.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
