What Causes Pain In The Stomach Along With Nausea?

Hi. My stomach has been hurting for a couple of weeks now, and I can t seem to poop. The pain in my stomch is so bad it makes me nauseous. I started taking stool softeners and colon cleansing pills and as long as I take the pills I go. But when I stop taking them, its back to bad stomach pains, and no pooping. What is going on?

this could be inflammation in the stomach
gastritis associated with irritable bowel
you have to do stool analysis
you can take gast reg 200 tab
twice per day to regulate your gastric motility
govascon syrup 3times per day for acidity

stop smoking if you are smoker
dont eat fatty or spicy meals
