Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Solar plexus pain may be due to anxiety or acid reflux or pulled muscle or trauma or diabetes or respiratory disorders etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Your symptoms also possible with achalasia cardia or diffuse esophageal spasms.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
