What Causes Pain In The Shoulder And Under Breast Along With Bloating?

I am having a deep, ache that goes from the hollow of my right shoulder down to right under my breast. I feel this pain in conjunction with bloating. I ate some fruit prior to this episode since I have gotten bloated in the past after eating fruit. I am a 71 year old woman who has Crohn s disease. Please advise!

hello , what treatment do you take for crohns ? i think you may need an pelviabdominal ultrasound to exclude cholecystitis
