What Causes Pain In The Right Side Of The Chest And Shoulder?

I have pain at my center right chest and my right arm to shoulder socket sometimes at my chest when bending over , when I cough at my shoulder socket that radiates to my center chest also with fast reaching movement also sometimes right chest pain from just talking

hx is sugestive more like muscular skeletal pain.but its better to undergo ekg and exclude any cardiac causes first.this pain might be deu to costochondritis or rt shoulder problem. short course OF nsaid will be sufficient first.
