What Causes Pain In The Right Eye?

Hello sir h r u sir I am sreehari from India now I live in Sudan.so there day s back my right eye pain was came I consulted eye hospital in our nearest town in Sudan. Doctor check the my eyes he says in side infusion there please use eye drops TOBRX ALCON MAKE every day four times.so two days normal then third day to start inchy and gunky feel in side any given material is there. Wt can do please suggest me Thank you sir Regards Sreehari

@ Suggestions for better recovery

$ Continue eye drops as per doctor`s advise .
$ Splashing of eye with cold water every 4 hourly .
$ Application of ice pack over eye every 6 hourly for 10 minutes .
$ Avoid exposure to excess heat or dusty environments .
$ Taking pain killer or anti inflammatory drugs will fasten the recovery .
