What Causes Pain In The Right Arm While Suffering From Aortic Valve Regurgitation?

I have moderate to severe aortic valve regurgitation. I know most of the symptoms. When I am feeling sudden severe fatigue and have a brief but acute pain in my right arm, is this of any particular concern? What about the episode being followed by stinging in both ears?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It may not be related to valve related problems. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. It can be due to muscular causes and if persists you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
