General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Penile pain is usually an isolated entity and it is not concerned with kidney disease. This pain can be from balanitis, superficial skin friction or hypersensitivity of some sort at receptor level. A clinical examination of penis is of utmost importance at this point to arrive at a particular diagnostic approach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
