What Causes Pain In The Penis After Urination?

I ve had shooting pains since yesterday, just under my glans on the left side of the shaft (very small and localized area), and it started after I forced urination... they ve become more frequent with stress since. I m 29, and sexually monogomous. I was leaving it alone as I could, but did masturbate today... no lump or growth, but it hurt for a second when I was rough... may have heard a crackling noise. No pain directly from urination or orgasm, nothing wrong with the base or glans itself, nothing abnormal with my testicles... also, no discoloration, skin changes, etc. Possible fracture? Maybe just stress or I need to relax more with urination?

Hello. Doesnt appear anything serious. However a physical examination will go a long way in making sure that its ok. Regards.
