What Causes Pain In The Pelvis And Neck Post Menopause?

I recovered breast cancer stage 1 insitu treated with radiation therapy and tamoxifen. I am 56 post menopausal for about 3 years had the CA. TX. 2 years ago. I am having pelvic pain, my large limbs hurt, my neck is achy and most days I have a headache. Today I started to feel the constant pressure / urge to urinate. Urination does not hurt but the pressure is similar to that of a pregnancy. I was just cleared by my oncologist, had obgyn app that and primary care appt. Should I go back to Gynecology? Or oncologist? Or get in touch with pop first??

Hello,

It may be due to infection or PID or lumbar Mets with pain or ascites etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use painkiller like mefenamic acid with tramadol twice a day for five days.

Please consult your gynaecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
