What Causes Pain In The Lower Leg?

I woke up one day with lower leg pain from just below my knee all the way through my foot. Mostly spastically the pain would start. Then over time is would be the highest pain level upon waking up or going to bed. The pain is on the entire portion of the lower leg with no provocation upon palpation, and no relief. Pain is constant. No warm to touch areas, no color change. Its been a few weeks and still happens. Just recently the calf muscle is extremely tight and when pain begins i feel it mostly in the calf muscle and the top of the foot just being the big toe. Though there will be times when the entire portion of the leg below the knee is all in pain. Have tried ice, topic sports creams, tylenol, ibuprofen with barely any relief or change.
