What Causes Pain In The Lower Left Side And Groin Area?

I am having lower left side / groin pain. I have also noticed changes in my stool. It is smaller and has white flecks in it. I am bloated after meals. I have chronic constipation ( I have had this all my life). I have lost 4 pounds in three week. I have lost my appetite and have occasional nausea. I am a 54 year old woman.
