What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Tingling Sensation In The Thighs?

I have a consistent lower back pain, tingling in the thighs and upper arms, two red areas that look like ring worm but i don t think they are have appeared around my mouth, i have been waking up from uncomfortable sweating through the night and it happened on the bus to work this morning. My head is heavy but not headache, my neck is really sore as well as my shoulders. my body is really sore and aches. I have never had any of these symptoms before. i started with the body aches, then the sweating, recently sores have appeared around my mouth but no lesion, just round bumpy red patch and one that has been coming for the past week, its kinda red around the outside and is getting stronger. I ma getting more symptoms and the others are not leaving.

It might be due to spine related problems like a prolapsed disc. Consult an orthopaedic and plan for an MRI scan.
