What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Pelvis?

Initially it is just a lower back pain and extremely fatigue. After I went for a massage, the pain spread to the side of my pelvis. And I have started to have diarrhea. Everything I ate will come out as yellowish pale slimy stool.. And occassionally I have blood in my passing.. I become very weak and went to see the doctor.. The doctor prescribed me with a medication that stop diarrhea.. And it does stop it but the stool shape and color didn t change at all.. I also noticed that there is a thin film of white layer floating in my toilet bowl and it stink like hell.. After a day of torment, my diarrhea is stabilized but my pee has a strong smell.. I have stomach cramps and farting a lot.. Stinking fart.. And I don t have any appetite.. Will u be able to diagnose what is causing all that?
