What Causes Pain In The Lower Back After Medical Abortion?

I have an unwanted pregnacy and I took misoprostol. After I blead for a week and had clots and everything but now I m having like clear watery discharge but its also like a little yellow. I m now having pain for 2 days straight on my lower back on the right side and the front.is any of this normal?

This is common side effect of mIsoprostol since there is always hormonal imbalance after medical abortion which causes changes in endometrium so you should be patient till periods stabilizes and it may take up to 6 weeks. If there is excessive bleeding then you should check your red blood count and see gynecologist. Otherwise, it can be treated at home.
