What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?
I am having sharp pain around my left ovary, I no longer have a menstral due to endometrial ablasion, the sharp pain is going down the front of my left leg and shooting up my side to my back. Aleve has not lessened the pain. not sure how to treat, can I wait until morning to see PCP? or is it bad enough to go to ER?

Hi it is possible it is a stone in lower part of ureter. You should do a sonography to rule it out. An OTC anti spasmodic can be taken meanwhile--regards
