Hello Welcome to HCM, thanks for posting your query..
I read your question completely and have understood it well..
I being a surgeon can tell you not to worry at 1st instance..
See, I should know your age, only then can give exact diagnosis and treatment..
As you told, school and all description. Assuming you are in adolescence I suggest you these things..
1. Lower abdomen side is important
2. If you have pain
fever vomiting on the right side, it will most likely go in favor of
appendicitis 3. On left side, it could be
colitis 4. Also need your gender, female have other things to worry like
pelvic inflammatory disease, the pains relating to periods etc..
But, I will suggest you these things and it should help you
1. Drink lots of water, around 3 to 4 litre. In case you are already doing it then great!
2. Tablet
Pantoprazole you can take, 40mg adult dose or if your weight is more than 45.
Take this tablet once a day before breakfast for 10 days.
I am sure, with this medicine almost all your worry should end.
3. Avoid spicy food and smoked food.
4. Reduce coffee or tea
5. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits
