What Causes Pain In The Legs At Night?

I have been waking up at night with my lower legs aching and throbing. When this happens my lower legs and feet ache during the day too. I has been coming and going for a couple of months. This will go on for a few days then go away and then come back a few weeks later.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The possibilities are peripheral vascular disease and neuropathic pain.

Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.

A vascular Doppler will be helpful to assess the blood supply.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
