What Causes Pain In The Legs And Upper Arms?
I am having pain in my legs after i have sat or laid down for periods of time. also in my upper arms and fingers. seems to be correspondent to both sides at same time.My fingers and arms will get to the point where they freeze up and dont want to move

it is neurological problem. consult neurologist for clinical examination and recomandation of treatment.exclude diabetes. refrain from taking alcohol and smoking.
