What Causes Pain In The Left Wrist After Treating A Ganglion Cyst?

I have pain in my left wrist, especially when bending it forward or applying pressure to it. I do lift weights but don t recall a certain moment when it hurt. I believe I had a ganglion cyst about 4 years ago that went away on its own in that area, but don t believe that is it as I don t feel any bumps around or on that area. What could this be?

Hi, You don't need to worry about your problem.
there can be various causes of pain on the left wrist but as you mention that there was a history of ganglion cyst 4 years back then probably that should be the reason... ganglion cyst are the extention of the synovial membrane that occurs due minor trauma that we are not aware of

at present .. don't worry.
1. give some rest to your wrist
2. take some analgesic like aceclofenac or ibuprofen for pain
3. if the swelling appers then you shouls consukt a surgeon

thankyou
