What Causes Pain In The Left Thigh?

a few days ago i was at work crouched down looking at some pipes. when i got up I noticed that my left leg thigh are was aching as if i got a charlie horse. It went away but never felt 100% now 2 days later i still feel the pain and it has spread from my in thigh up to my groin and down to my leg. I m 36 165lbs smoker in relatively good shape. I m also taking cholesterol medicine. I m worried i may have a blood clot

There must have happen a muscle cramp, which takes two to three or sometime more to recover fully.
Thigh blood clot will lead to swollen feet or that leg which is not case with you.
If it is there still have some hot cotton sponges or take Zerodol MR for 3 days twice daily
