I have what feels like a wave of pain in the left temporal region. Usually, all my issues are on the right side of my head because I have a portion of a left temporal tumor remaining. If it is scar tissue involved would I feel the pain on the left or should I feel it on the right side.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in the left temporal region . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like inflammatory temporal artery , cluster headaches , tension headaches , migraine , cervicogenic headaches and TMJ disorder . I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI and take history to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory , vasograine , anti depressants or multivitamin supplement . Doctor may also refer you to dentist for TMJ problem . For now eat soft food , keep your self relax and take ibuprofen for pain .
