Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com..

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your numbness and pain in your arm.

As per your history, it is suggestive of nerve compression or careless tunnel syndrome, the pain to the elbow and arm may be because of its radiation.

If you have any loss of power or numbness in your fingers you need to visit an orthodontic surgeon and get the CT scan of your hand done for proper diagnosis.

During mean time you must take vitamin B 12 supplements that may be helpful to numbness or tingling sensation reduction.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further questions. Also provide your feed back too, so that we can improve our services.
