Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain it seems that you have jaw joint dysfunction leading to the symptoms that you are experiencing of pain during chewing is due to TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT DYSFUNCTION commonly known as TMJ/TMD..
But dizziness, pressure changes on suction in ear and pressure in ear can be probably due to ear related problems like Meniere's disease..
Consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and investigations like Panoramic x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you can take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and muscle relaxant like Tizanidine..
Take soft diet..
Avoid excessive mouth opening..
For ear related problems consult an ENT Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like MRI, Otoscopy and Audiometry can help in ruling out. Cause and treatment will be done accordingly..

Hope this helps..

Regards.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pain in the jaw and ear along with dizziness which can occur due to accumulation of ear wax, ear fluid, ear infection to more serious condition like acoustic neuroma. It could be due to TMJ dysfunctioning. Need not to worry. If your symptoms and episodes of earache are getting frequent then you should consult ENT specialist and start treatment after prescription. Doctor may order certain test like audiometery , CT scan ,MRI , low and high pitched ringing to rule out conditions like hearing loss , exposure to loud noises , earwax build-up , middle ear infection. Doctor may treat it according to the diagnosis , may prescribe medicine antibiotics. You should get full mouth X-ray/ CT done to check TMJ joint positoining. Relax jaw and bring it back in mornal positioon and eat soft and light food. Maintain hygiene and avoid pricking it with sharp object.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
