What Causes Pain In The Groin During Intercourse?

My 35 yr old son has complained today of pain in his groin, pain while having sex, a metallic taste in his mouth, frequent urination and now blood in his stools. He called to get set up with a Dr here, but office closed and can't do anything until tomorrow. Do these symptoms add up to anything in particular?

Hi I think it can be due to some urine in. Blood in stool can be due to some rectal pathology which can be detected on examination only. Get a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection or not. Hope it helps.
