What Causes Pain In The Groin After Walking Long Distance?

Hi, I sometimes feel pain in the right groin. It can happen after I stand up for some time or when walking longer distance. It is always in the left groin. It never lasts longer than 10 minutes. Most of the time it s just a minute or so. I m healthy and in good physical conditions. Lars

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to osteoarthritis. Taking a x ray of hip joint will be helpful to rule out the condition. NSAIDs like diclofenac will be helpful for this.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
