Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have uric acid levels done as well X-ray of the affected foot.

Orthopedician review may be needed to rule out tendinitis or any other soft tissue sprain. OTC Analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
