What Causes Pain In The Chest Radiating To The Back?

Hi, I be been having chest pain that goes through to my back, mainly in my central chest, about the level of my breasts, for 24 hrs non stop. I ve had issues with reflux before but this is the most prosistant pain. I m a 42 yr old female, non smoker, non drinker. Not obese.

get an ECG it that's normal.then it's In all probability reflux with dyspepesie u may take antacids for that and have a healthy small frequent meal diet with no tea or coffee
