What Causes Pain In The Chest And Right Arm?

Hey, ok I was in emergency room last night for chest pain neck pain and back pain. With severe fatigue. Released a few hrs ago. But know I m getting the same pain again and this time includes my right arm in back of it from shoulder to fingers. All test came back normal and I don t have indigestion. Just don t want to waist their time again. Not sure what to do. I m an ex smoker male 49 years old

Here you are having pain from shoulder to finger continuous...

Hence neuropathy and spondylitis like problem needs to be ruled out...

Nerve entrapment also ruled out if needed

Neurological examination done and if needed MRI done for proper work up

Rule out diabetes and B12 deficiency also

According to cause further specific treatment

If no specific cause present than no need for worry

Take care

Consult physician or neurologist for examination
