What Causes Pain In The Center Of The Chest Towards The Right?
I get a sharp pain in the centre right side of my chest, usually when I haven t ate for a while or turning onto my right side when I m laying down, sometimes I feel like I m going to get the pain when I lean forward to stand up. I can go 2 or 3 days and feel fine then the next day I get the pain once or twice through out the day. I did have bad heart burn but changed my diet this last week and the heart burn is almost gone. Wondering why I m getting the pain. It only lasts a few seconds but enough to have me worried.

Such sharp pain in middle right of chest can be due to different conditions . Most common cause of such pain includes GERD ,Esophagitis , peptic ulcer disease . Esophagogastrodudenoscopy should be done to rule out any GIT problem . Such pains can also be seen in cardiac problem and stress test should also be done .
I would highly suggest you to consult this matter further with your health care providers and get the needed test done to rule out any possible serious issue and take proper treatment .
