What Causes Pain In The Calf Muscles?

I was dehydrated three weeks ago and I got cramps in my calfs. Went to my doctor and he told me to drink Gatorade so I ve been drinking that every day and my blood work came back fine. Why do my calf muscles still hurt and its hard to walk and go upstairs? Thanks mary

Hi,

Due to hard work and upstairs your muscles get tired and this is the reason you feel cramps.

Do quadriceps strengthening exercises as uploaded on you tube.

Drink a lot of water.

Take aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day.
